By booking a service with Professional Cleaning Service, you agree to the following terms.

Quotes & pricing

Quotes are based on the information and photos you share. If the actual size or condition differs significantly, the price may be revised before work begins, with your consent.

Bookings & cancellations

Please inform us at least 12 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel a booking.

Customer responsibilities

Please provide access to water and electricity, and secure valuables, cash and jewellery before the team arrives.

Satisfaction guarantee

Please inspect the work before the team leaves. If an area has been missed, we will fix it on the spot, or re-clean it free of charge if reported within 24 hours.

Limitations

Some stains, scale and damage may be permanent and may not be fully removable. We will inform you before starting where results cannot be guaranteed.

Staffing services

Terms for manpower placements (salary, leave, replacement) are agreed separately with each client before placement.
